The hotel and staff were very polite and courteous. Food was just delicious and rightly priced with right portion. Clean and spacious room. And value for money.
Traffic around the hotel is congested due to metro work.

A short walk to sindhi camp subway station. Position of the hotel not far from samanvai art gallery and possibility to visit The Eventers Hospitality. You should definitely explore Malviya Nagar district, it's worth it.

The free pick-up from the Railway Station was convenient. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's rest. We appreciated the personal attention we received, with staff going out of their way to assist us. The alternative elevator arrangement when the main one was under repair was helpful for my wife, who has knee problems. The cleanliness of the room and washroom was commendable. The food served at the hotel was of good quality. The location was great, with many nearby food options and easy access to the Pink City and the Station. The reception employee named Alim was always available and exceptionally helpful.
For us, it was ideal.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the railway and bus stations. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting local attractions. The food at the restaurant was delicious and there was free Wi-Fi available.
The room was not up to standard, with dirty bedsheets and a lack of cleanliness. The noise levels were very high, making it difficult to sleep.

Location is ok if you arrive by train or bus.
Most of the staff including reception barely understand or speak a world of english. Very noisy : first night wake up at 3am because of roadwork just under my window, second night had to go to reception at 2am to make a party stop at my floor. Some dirty sheets. The breakfast system is as horrible as the manager who runs it (and it was very very very slow the first time). Must be a self rated 3 starts hotel.

Great value for money! the hotel's central location made it easy to get around with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. the rooms were well equipped with necessities like slippers and hair dryers. Plus, the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
The noise pollution from the street outside was a bit disconcerting, especially during the night. the room cleaning services could have been more proactive.

The chicken tikka was good and the late check out time...courtesy of one good lady receptionist...
Almost everything, the sheets are dirty, when I checked in the the pillow cases have not been changed, the drains are clogged in the toilet, rain water seeped in having one big pool of water in my room the next morning, the staff at the reception (except for the lady) hardly understand english, breakast is just a 2 piece toast and coffee, the hotel is located in a crowded, obscure place and worst they have a free pick up service but the guy picking me up doesn't have a placard with my name, how can he find me? And I arrived like 4.30 am at jaipur airport!

This hotel is in a great location, near the main bus station and close to all the main sights. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a big comfy bed and clean bathroom. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing immediate service. There are also plenty of taxis and autos available just outside the hotel.
The hotel can be noisy at night due to its proximity to the main street and bus stations.

To be honest nothing ! Or maybe yes ... Hot water in the room ( with no pressure of course )
It's the worst hotel where we stayed in India : 1/ The picture don't describe the reality. Some are fakes or not up to date. But the photographer is good. Everything is old and not well designed 2/ The suite where we stayed was very old ( furniture, bed, toilet ...) and the bedsheets were not clean. Most of all the room was without any window and 100% humidity. Asthmatic and allergic welcome ! If you think you will sleep properly and rest you can forget it ! Walls are like paper and the environment very noisy until 4am. 2/ The location is horrible . Very crowded , insecure and obscure. Even if you need to take a train or a bus the next day. 3/ Don't expect to take any breakfast if you don't have 2 hours time. 4/ Unfortunately we trust the staff to rent a car with driver to go to Udaipur with their partner company "Pinkcity". The car was very old without seatbelt and drivers not competent. Comission focused ! We fear for our life during all our trip ( even if we know how chaotic is the indian trafic ). We decided to abort it after some kilometers. To resume our worst experience in India !!!! We don't even understand how booking can reference this hotel !!!!
